The Order Process as Your Customer Sees It:

1.  Customer Pays For Mailer.

2.  Inserts VHS Tape in the Prepaid Mailer.

3.  Places Mailer in the Mailbox.

4.  We Convert the Tape to DVD and Ship it Back.

5.  The Customer Receives Their DVD and VHS Tape in the Mail.

This process usually takes less than five business days from the time the customer ships the mailer.
